Bloomington - Aronson, Gloria M. Age 89, passed away Apr. 17, 2025. Gloria excelled as a professor of History and Women's Studies at Normandale Community College for 44 years. Gloria was passionate about international travel, founding a study abroad program at Normandale and visiting 28 countries across 56 trips. Survived by daughter-in-law, Ellen (Greg d. 2022); granddaughter, Rosalie (Joe); great-grandchildren, Anora and Nolan; brothers, Daniel and Jonathan (Vernette); sister-in-law, Nedra (Timothy d. 2017). Memorial service will be at Mount Olivet Lutheran Church, 5025 Knox Ave. S., Minneapolis, MN at 11 am on Fri., May 30, with visitation at 10 am.
