Maplewood - Gerald Duane "Jerry" Sandquist, of Roseville, age 90, passed away peacefully on May 17, 2026, in Maplewood, Minnesota.
Jerry was a beloved father to Julie (Franklin) Asuncion, Jackie Averbeck, Jamie Sandquist, and Jill Sandquist. He was also a proud grandfather to nine grandchildren and a cherished great-grandfather to eighteen great-grandchildren. Jerry's life was enriched by the love and companionship of his family and many friends. He was predeceased by his brother, Eugene Sandquist, and Sherry Wander Sandquist, the mother of his daughters.
The family extends their heartfelt gratitude to the care team at Maplewood Rehabilitation Center for their compassionate support during Jerry's final days.
A Celebration of Life will be held on June 11, 2026, from 04:00 PM to 08:00 PM at Jimmys Event Center- Garden Room 655 East County Rd. F.
