Gerald Louis Corbo Obituary

St. Paul - Gerald Louis Corbo (Jerry), passed away peacefully with his wife by his side on May 17, 2026, at 84, survived by his wife Donna, daughters Jerri Lynn and Alycia, grandchildren Avery, Addison, Darienne and Aidan, and siblings Carol, Cindy, Diane, Patty, Michelle, Mike, Jim, and Dan. Born in St. Paul, MN, Jerry will be remembered for his quick mind, mischievous humor, and gift for storytelling. Those close to him found him wise, authentic, thoughtful, and easy to talk to; at his core he was truly kind and nonjudgmental. Jerry was devoted to his family and always willing to show up for the people he loved. He spent a lot of time going to races with Jerri, where he raced the cars that he built, coached youth sports, and loved camping and hiking with Alycia and Donna, especially at Lake Superior and the Boundary Waters. He cherished time with his grandchildren, enjoyed golfing, fishing, a good thriller, and listening to rock and jazz. Jerry was also an outstanding plumber and mechanical expert. He was preceded in death by his parents Norma and Louis, and siblings Ron and Janice. In a final act of generosity, Jerry donated his body to the Anatomy Bequest Program at the U of MN Medical School. Please join us for a Celebration of Life at Tony Schmidt Regional Park Picnic Shelter, 3500 Lake Johanna Blvd, Arden Hills, MN 55112, Sunday August 2nd, 1-4pm, ceremony at 2pm.
