Frances Jeanne Hanson (Sharp) Obituary
Buffalo - Born June 11, 1947 in Detroit MI to Ruth Hollins Sharp and Leonard Francis Sharp. Fran grew up in Detroit, MI, and later moved to Minneapolis where she met and married her husband of 46 years, Gerald L. "Jerry" Hanson. Fran and Jerry resided in Buffalo at their home on Dean Lake for the rest of their lives. Survived by daughters: Stacey (Ken) Hormann, & Heather (Corey) Cummings; son: Shaun (Renee Molstad); 9 grand-children, 8 great-grandchildren; many other relatives and friends. Visitation Thursday, Feb 19th, 2026, 5-8 PM at The Peterson Chapel in Buffalo. Funeral, Friday, Feb. 20th. Visitation 10:00 A.M., Service 11:00 A.M. with luncheon to follow at Zion Lutheran Church in Buffalo. In lieu of flowers, memorials are preferred to Shriner's Children's Hospital.
