Elve B. Hilliard Obituary
St. Paul - Age 63, of St. Paul. Elve was born in October of 1961, in Missouri, and graduated from East St. Louis High School. He moved to Minnesota in the early 1980's where he met his future wife, Susan. Elve went to trade school to be an ironworker and retired from the Ironworkers Local 512 in 2023 after surviving three strokes. Elve naturally passed away, unexpectedly, on July 27, 2025. Survived by wife, Susan Hilliard; 2 sons: including DeMario (Jenny) Hilliard; daughter, LaTecia (Kevin) Jendro; 9 grandchildren: including DeMario Jr. and Dyamond Hilliard, Ryan and Everett Jendro; sisters, Annette (Hilliard) Moore, Verita Hilliard and Tanyka Hilliard; nieces and nephews; and other relatives and friends. Preceded in death by parents Elve and Constance (née Ivy) Hilliard; two granddaughters, including April Hilliard. Memorial Service will be held 2:00PM on Saturday, September 13 with visitation 1 hour prior at Morris Nilsen Chapel, 6527 Portland Avenue in Richfield. Memorials preferred to the family.
