Richfield - Liz was born and raised in Richfield, Minnesota, the cherished daughter of Kathleen and Allen Thomson. Liz graduated from Richfield High School, where her warm smile and quick wit left a lasting impression on classmates and teachers alike.

Liz dedicated her entire adult life to the restaurant industry, first as a server and later moving into management. She found tremendous joy in serving others, forging friendships over shared meals, and building a welcoming atmosphere wherever she worked.

Travel was one of her great loves—she relished exploring new places with friends and family, always ready for an adventure and eager to collect stories that would have everyone laughing until it hurt.

Liz's laughter was contagious and her smile unforgettable. She created a circle of dear friends, known affectionately as her Ya Ya's, who found in her a source of light, warmth, and unwavering support.

Her legacy is one of kindness, hospitality, and the belief that life is best spent in good company.

Liz is lovingly remembered by husband, Brian Anderson; sisters, Barb Snyder and Kathleen Ingbretson; a loyal circle of cousins, nieces, and nephews; Ya Ya's Deb, Lu, Michelle, Susie, Katie and Betty and a countless number of work besties; beloved dogs Deanno & Rocky.

She was preceded in death by parents, Kathleen and Allen Thomson; brothers, Jeff Thomson, wife Susan and Mike Thomson; her beautiful daughter, Toni Anderson.

A Celebration of Life will be held in the Twin Cities later this fall. Details will be shared with family and friends in the coming weeks.

In lieu of flowers, the family welcomes contributions to a charity of your choice in Elizabeth's honor, so her spirit of generosity and caring may continue to brighten lives.
