Bloomington - Abbott, Elaine C. Age 97 1/2 years of Bloomington, formerly of West St. Paul. Passed away peacefully in her sleep on April 12th, 2025, at Presbyterian Homes of Bloomington where she has been a resident in Assisted Living since Fall 2021. Preceded in death by her husband, Ralph, married 63 years. And preceded in death by her parents Catherine (Ullrich) and Joseph Lloyd Quinn, her brother Ward (Bud) Quinn and her sister Marilyn (Jerry) Short. Survived by her children: Steven Abbott, Cynthia (William) Derendal, and Constance Fitzgerald; grandchildren: Jason, Jordan, Jennifer, Joy, Julie & Robert; great-grandchildren: Cameron, Colton, Roger, Abigail Rose, and August. Mass of Christian Burial Tuesday April 29th 11am at St. Edward's Catholic Church 9401 Nesbitt Ave S Bloomington.
