Eileen (Snooks) was incredibly proud of her family, grandchildren, and great grandchildren. She was equally proud of being a 1953 Columbia Heights High School graduate and growing up in Spring Lake Park. Snooks was a successful Coldwell Banker Realtor for many years. She also catered for over 30 years working with Northland Electric, Werner Electric and VanMeter Electric serving her famous Mama Brama Italian Cuisine at Christmas parties, lunches, and St. Paul Saints games for groups of 25 to 500 people. Snooks was a lovely homemaker, Mother, Mentor and inspiration. She loved hosting holidays at her home for her family, relatives and friends. Our family would be remiss if we didn't mention her passion for her garage sales too! She was the Queen of Garage Sales. Snooks visited Italy, Ireland, and traveled to over 30 states in the USA. She drove her children and relatives across the USA in a 32-foot RV being the solo driver, cook, navigator, and dishwasher with 5 children ages 12 and under. She had boundless energy, spunk, drive, and a love for life. Throughout her journey, Snooks faced her challenges in life with unconditional love, dignity, faith, grace and prayer. She will forever be in our hearts and missed beyond measure. Visitation Monday, March 31st, 2025, 4pm to 7pm, at Sunset Chapel, 2250 St. Anthony Blvd., Minneapolis, MN 55418.
