Edward Macdonald (Bill)
Edward Macdonald (Bill) Obituary
Bloomington - Otherwise known as "Wacky"
Age 85, of Bloomington, passed away unexpectedly on January 23rd, 2026.
Preceded in death by father, George, mother, Margaret, and brother, Philip Macdonald. Survived by partner Sharon Anderson; ex-wife Marilynn Kocemba; children, Jeff (Stacy) Macdonald, and Kelli (Larry) Leeman; grandchildren, Allie (Hunter), and Erika (Jackson) Leeman.
Our dad loved animals more than people. He lived a colorful life. Anyone who came in contact with him loved his wit and charm.
Our dad was all-state for football and played on a winning state basketball team at DeLaSalle. He attended the University of Nebraska while playing football. Unfortunately, due to a knee injury, his football dream was cut short. He had many different jobs.
One thing about our dad is that he lived life to the fullest, unapologetically, loving dogs, sports, and women.
His memory will be celebrated in a private service with close family.
He will be dearly missed.
Love you ole man, 'til we meet again.
