Penh, Cambodia. He was born on June 12, 1977.
Ned was the dear son of Sandra Kelly and brother of Alan Kelly. He was
predeceased by his father, Gregory Dean Kelly. He leaves behind many aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends across the globe.
A gathering to honor Ned's life will be held on Sunday, June 8, 2025, from 1:00 PM to 4: 00 PM at Lorraine Park Pavilion South, located at 756 3rd Avenue S, South St. Paul. Rain or shine. Friends and loved ones are invited to come together in remembrance. Those unable to attend but wishing to share a memory may send it to sekelly12@yahoo.com
