Eagan - Age 94, passed away peacefully on April 20, 2026 after years of battling dementia. She was born on September 11th, 1931 in Mpls, MN to Einar and Helen Johansen (Muscenski). She and her brother Ron were raised in south Mpls where she attended South High School. She married John (Jack) Mullane on July 4, 1953. Before starting a family, they traveled while Jack was in the US Navy. They lived and raised their family in Bloomington, MN. She enjoyed swing dancing, decorating, shades of blue, entertaining, gardening, her dogs, sweets and of course white wine! In retirement Dottie loved spending time at the family cabin with friends and family where there was an abundance of love and laughter. She is survived by her children: Sandra Hobbie, Susan Kamrath (Kenny), Mark Mullane (Heather), Bridget Randle (Ervin): granddaughters Kelsey and Olivia, grandson Perry (Andrea) and great grandchildren Augustine, Evita, Miles, and many nieces, nephews, relatives and friends. Dorothy was preceded in death by her husband John; son-in-law Randy; grandsons Cameron, Benjamin and her brother Ron. A special thank you to Eagan Pointe Senior Living for the care she received the past 10 years.
Funeral services will be held Tuesday, May 26 at St. Richards Church, 7600 Penn Ave So Richfield, MN. 612-869-2426 Visitation 10:00 AM Funeral Mass 11:00 AM with lunch to follow.
