Mpls - age 97 of Minneapolis, passed away peacefully on January 4, 2026. Preceded in death by husband, Roger; and son, David. Survived by children, Roger Jr. (Nancy), Steven (Carol); granddaughter and caregiver, Julie Wagener; 9 grandchildren; many great-grandchildren, extended family, and friends. Doris worked as a lunch lady in the Edina School system for many years. She loved fishing, Bingo, gardening and playing cards. Memorial service to be held Wed. February 4th, at 11 am, with visitation one hour prior at the Washburn-McReavy Edina Chapel. Interment at Fort Snelling National Cemetery.
