Laughlin, NV - Don is survived by his wife Colleen; siblings Jerry (Sandy), Dick (Harriet), Tom, Larry (Judy), Linda Schaaf; children Cheryl Hoffman, Mary (Joe) Montgomery, Susan (Ed) Herrmann, Mike (Cheri) Schaaf, Karrie Schaaf, Dustin (Tanya) Stoll, 16 grandchildren, 15 great grandchildren and many nieces, nephews, and friends.
Don was preceded in death by his stepson Jason Anderson, parents, Fred Schaaf and Elaine Harbaugh; brother in-law Don Holderness, grandson Alexander Herrmann, granddaughter Shannon Vandeveer, and great granddaughter Elliot Jaax.
A memorial will be held in the summer of 2026 in Minnesota.
