Chaska, MN - Diane Yvonne Nelson (neé Savelkoul), age 85 of Chaska, passed into the spirit world on 28 July, 2025, in Minneapolis, MN.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Francis and Evelyn (Dircks) Savelkoul, her brother, Francis Savelkoul of Belle Plaine, and an infant son. Survivors include Diane O'Connor of Missouri, son David Linnerson of Lakeville, daughter Deborah (Greer) Woody of Montana, daughter Nancy (Karl) Hirdler of Maple Grove, three grandchildren, sister Bonnie Klein of Elk River, and brother Brian Savelkoul of Tennessee. A private ceremony was held through the MN Cremation Society and a family observance is planned for the future.
