Eden Prairie - 74, of Eden Prairie, passed away in Minneapolis on the winter solstice.

Dave was born in Minnetonka, MN to John (Jack) Eide and Marian (Carlson) Eide and grew up accompanying his father on the Lake Minnetonka Power Squadron and spent most of his summers on the lake. David attended Minnetonka High School before going on to get a Doctorate of natural health and opened his practice in 1991, The Natural Path. The business continues to serve clients under his mentees.

He leaves behind a loving family, including his wife Callie (Edwards) Eide, daughter Jill Eide, and son Jack Eide. Dave was preceded in death by his father John Eide, mother Marian Eide, and half-sister Barbara (Eide) Coyle.

Dave had a love for hot rods and sporting clays. He found joy in horses with his daughter and fishing and music with his son. Dave and Callie enjoyed extensive travel, particularly to Sedona.

He will be deeply missed by all that knew and loved him. He is with us always.
