Fridley - It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of David Wilson Allen, of Fridley MN, who departed this life peacefully on November 26th, 2025, at the age of 89. David was born on October 3rd, 1936, in Minneapolis MN to Floyd and Helen Allen. He is survived by his wife Joan of 67 years, children Ted (Luba), Betsy (Perry), Julie (James) and Dan (Jodie). Grandchildren; Ben, Luke, Danny (Maddie), Parker, Grace, Livie, and Josie. Dave grew up in NE Minneapolis, graduated from Edison High School and started his career in sales. Dave loved spending time on Kimble Lake, with his family and friends, going to "coffee" with the guys and had the gift of gab. Funeral services will be held on Thursday December 11th, 2025, at Redeemer Lutheran Church in Fridley. Visitation: 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM; Service 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM. Dave had a great love for dogs!
