Dale W. Carpenter Obituary

Lino Lakes - Age 87. Passed away peacefully surrounded by his family on December 2nd, 2025. Preceded in death by parents, Ervie and Louise; siblings, Bev, Lyn, Jim, Bob and Mike; in-laws, Norm, Mel, Jan; grandchildren, Amber and Lucas. Survived by his children, Annette, Tim (Veacha), Cindy, Mandy (Fred); grandchildren, Alyssa, Austin, River, Delia, Avery and Sierra; special friends, Debbie and Tom; in-laws, Penny and Judy. And many other family and friends.

Dale was a stubborn man of few words but loved his family fiercely and was loved by many.

Dale loved fishing, watching baseball and football (but also hated it because they are Minnesota teams after all), watching old Westerns, reading many books- with his 20 pairs of reading glasses, and spending time with family. Before the loss of his siblings one of the things Dale looked forward to most was their weekly get togethers for lunch and chatter. It has been tough for him being the last one left but now they are all together again! They can talk and complain to their hearts content.

Special thank you to the staff and his friends at Suite Living and Ecumen Hospice for taking such great care of him, putting up with his stubbornness, enjoying his company and for putting those smirks and smiles on his face.

Dale will be sorely missed and losing him has left an emptiness in our hearts, but we are grateful for the many years that we had together.

Memorial service will be held at Forest Lake American Legion on Friday, December 12th from 4-8pm. With a service at 5:30.
