Cynthia Carol Welch, age 67, of Minnetonka, passed away peacefully at her home on October 20, 2025. Born in New Brighton, Connecticut, Cynthia lived a life filled with love, laughter, and a deep appreciation for the beauty of the world around her.

Cynthia was happiest outdoors-whether she was casting a line on a quiet lake, exploring a new hiking trail, or setting out on her next travel adventure. She had a gentle spirit and a joyful energy that made everyone around her feel loved and welcome. Her dogs were her constant companions, and her family was the heart of her world.

She is survived by her devoted husband, Robert; her brothers Ira (Nancy), Al (Jill), and her sisters; Terry (Rick); Patricia (Chad). She was preceded in death by her father Jack Stark, mother Karoline Stark, brother Jack, brother-in-law Steven Welch, nieces Sarah and Amy Schiffmann, as well as her beloved grandparents.

Family and friends are invited to celebrate Cynthia's life on Wednesday, October 29, 2025, at the Eden Prairie Assembly of God Church, 16591 Duck Lake Trail, Eden Prairie. Visitation will begin at 10:00 a.m., followed by a celebration of life at 11:00 a.m., with a luncheon to follow.

Cynthia's warmth, kindness, and adventurous spirit will be remembered always by those who were blessed to know her.
