Bloomington, MN - Clair passed away on May 21st 2026 at the age of 90. He was preceded in death by his wife of 65 years, Lorna R. Budke. Survived by his three children Debbie McMahon (Kelly), Dave Budke (Bonnie), Tom Budke and four grand children Nicole, Ashley, Matt McMahon and Becca Boudreau. He enjoyed sitting on his swing and watching all the wildlife from his backyard. He also enjoyed family time at his cabin.
