Bloomington - of Bloomington MN, passed away on November 5, 2025 at the age of 89. He was preceded in death by his parents Clarence and Olga Regine, wife Jeannine, sister Marcia Nelson, brother-in-law Norman Nelson, and nephew Paul Nelson. He is survived by daughter Katherine (James), son Matthew (Jaime), son John (Jennifer) and his grandchildren Matthew, Liam, and Molly. He is also survived by his niece Lori Beth Warnberg (Kent), grandnieces Mara Sorenson (Carl and daughter Anja) and Sophie Warnberg, and his good friend Judy Meyer.

A civil engineer, Chuck held leadership positions at MNDOT and the City of Burnsville.

Services will be on January 8, 2026, at 11:00AM, at the Church of St. Edward in Bloomington, MN.

In lieu of flowers, donations to Hope Community (hope-community.org) are preferred.
