I can't even begin to express the gratitude I have for being able to call Celine my friend. She was one of a kind and I already miss her terribly....

Lisa and I visited Celine just after she began hospice care. We intended to visit her again, but unfortunately we lost her much too soon. Celine and I had been friends since she and Mark invited us to dinner at their house after she and Lisa met years ago. What a wonderful person she was. We will be forever grateful to her for being part of our lives. We are parents because of her and couldn’t be more proud of our daughter. I will miss our lunches together and our messages back and forth keeping up with our children's lives. As always, thank you Celine!

I have known Celine for many years, as we were next door neighbors. Celine was more than my friend; she was like family. When we first met, I was struggling with surviving a day of school with my classmates. Celine was then my confidant. I learned a lot from Celine, and she gave ideas of how to respond. This went on for me, until I started high school. She continued to be a terrific friend, and we were able to talk more about how life was for her. When it was time for me to start college, she gave me an “alumni referral” scholarship, at the College of Saint Catherine. After I graduated, we were able to bond as adult friends. I watched her children grow up, as well, and both of her sons m...owed my mom’s yard. Celine was someone I could always count on to have the right words for me. Her passing is like a closed chapter for me. I am grateful for all I learned from her, and her examples. I am a better person for knowing Celine.Read moreRead less

Plant a tree: How does it work

When your purchase is complete, a post will be made on the tribute wall of the deceased signifying the planting of a memorial tree.

An official certificate recognizing your purchase will be included with your email receipt. You can then forward the email to the family or print it and give it to them personally.

After an order is placed, our forestry partners will plant the tree in the area of greatest need (nearest the funeral home), according to the planting schedule for the year.

Due to seasonal conditions, the tree planting takes place during the spring and summer.

Tree Planting Timeline

Orders placed in:

January - May

Planting will take place in Spring or Summer of the same year.

June - December

Planting will take place in Spring of the following year.
