Eden Prairie, MN - Catherine Lynn Peterson, age 72 of Eden Prairie on July 02, 2026. Preceded in death by her parents William and Eileen Peterson. Survived by daughter Jennifer Everson, husband Mark Nielsen, siblings Mary, Lee Ehrbright, William, Kristin Thomas, Amy Burke, and many beloved nieces and nephews. Before she retired Cathy was Director of Radiation Therapy at St Joseph's Hospital in St Paul. Cathy was deeply spiritual and loved reading books, traveling, exploring her ancestry, and spending time in nature and with her family and loved ones. She will be deeply missed by her family and friends. A celebration of Cathy's life will be held on Thursday, July 23rd at Pax Christi Catholic Community, 12100 Pioneer Trail, Eden Prairie, Minnesota, at 11:00am with visitation one hour prior to service.
