Mpls - Age 78 of Minneapolis, MN passed away early Friday morning September 5th, after a hard fought battle with cancer. Preceded in death by parents, Mary and Tom Asimakopoulous; sister, Eugenia and brother in law Ted Davis; and late husband, Ted.
Kathy was a teacher for 43 years in the Saint Paul school system, she loved teaching children, philanthropy and animals of all kinds. She will be sorely missed by her loving and caring family.
Survived by Ted and Eugenia's children, Bill (Jen) and Maria Davis; grandchildren, Evyenia and Theodore Davis; bonus daughter, Aimee Robinson and grandson, Quentin Robinson.
Funeral Service: Monday, 9/15/25 at 11 a.m. St. Mary's Greek Orthodox Church, 3450 Irving Ave S. Visitation Sunday 9/14/25 at the Washburn-McReavy Edina Chapel with Trisagion Service at 5 p.m. and one hour prior to the service. Interment Lakewood Cemetery, Minneapolis.
