Mpls - Carolyn Jacobson, of Minneapolis, passed away peacefully on October 18, 2025, surrounded by her loving family. Born on December 10, 1948, Carolyn was a devoted Christian woman whose faith guided every part of her life. She was known for her kindness, generosity, and the warmth she shared with everyone she met.

Carolyn was blessed to share her later years with her husband, Dave Jacobson, and they deeply cherished the time they had together. She is survived by her daughter, Nicole Thomas, and her beloved grandson, Benjamin. She was preceded in death by her daughter, Jaelyn Mayer.

Carolyn's gentle spirit and unwavering love will be dearly missed by all who knew her.

A Funeral service will be held Sunday, November 9th, 2025, at Cross of Hope Church, 5730 179th Lane NW Ramsey, MN 55303. Visitation is at 1:00pm, Funeral is at 2:00pm, with Lunch following.
