Forest Lake, MN - Born November 19th, 1960 and Deceased December 18th, 2025.

Carolyn Falkowski was born on November 19th, 1960, to parents Raymond and Marjorie Strom of Minneapolis Minnesota. Carolyn passed away unexpectedly on December 18th, 2025. She is survived by her father Raymond Strom, brother Stephen Strom, son Bill Falkowski, daughter in law Kathy, granddaughter Norah, granddog Winston, her cat Mittens and many loving friends and relatives. She was a former nurse who often went above and beyond helping and taking care of others. She would often put others before herself and also loved animals and nature. She loved golden retrievers, wolves, cats, polar bears, and many more. She was a dedicated supporter of wildlife. She did not have an easy life, but you'd never know it because she loved everyone and everything so much. She will be forever missed.

Carolyn is preceded in death by her mother Marjorie Strom, husband Joseph Falkowski, brother Douglas Strom, sister Cheryl LaChapelle and goldens Brian, Ben and Neil.

A celebration of life luncheon will be held at the Coon Rapids VFW on Sunday January 18th, at 12 pm noon to 4 pm. Friends and family are all welcome to come and say hello and goodbye to a kind and wonderful soul.
