Plymouth - 77, of Plymouth, a loving mother, sister, Nana, aunt, and friend, passed away unexpectedly on September 29, 2025. She was preceded in death by her beloved husbands, Harlan Bergknoff and Stephen Davidson; son, Jesse Davidson; parents, Nathan & Gladys Winerman; in-laws, Doris & Joe Bergknoff and Miriam & Louis Davidson; Bonnie Davidson; Debbie Davidson; and brother-in-law, Rich Chern. She leaves behind her children, Dawn (Danny) Zouber and Steven Bergknoff (fiancée Lisa Padek); her cherished grandchildren, Nate, Levi, and Jadyn Zouber, Jagger Bergknoff, and Joey and Josh Padek; her sisters, Marilyn Chern and Barbara (Joel) Handler; sisters-in-law, Sandra (Guy) Riina and Marci (Felix) Benitez; and many nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends who loved her dearly. Carole was truly one of a kind. She faced heartbreaking loss with courage and resilience and through it all, she continued to pour her love into her family, friends, and community. Her warmth, strength, and generous spirit touched everyone who knew her.
