Carol Lundeen Ralston Obituary

Mpls, MN - Carol Lundeen Jorgens Ralston, of Minneapolis, passed away peacefully on May 30, 2026, surrounded by the love of her family.

Born to Harold and Edith Lundeen, Carol was raised in Northeast Minneapolis. A graduate of Minnehaha Academy, she earned a B.S. in Nursing from St. Olaf College and an M.S. in Nursing from the University of Minnesota. Throughout a distinguished career as a nurse, educator, and clinical specialist, she devoted her life to caring for children and families.

Carol was an adventurous traveler, devoted patron of the arts, lover of animals, and a passionate advocate for health. She found great joy at her beloved cabin in Ely, where she shared countless memories with family and friends.

Above all, Carol was a loving mother and grandmother. She is survived by her daughters, Marin (Paul) Morita and Kelsey (Matthew) Jordan; cherished granddaughter, Allison Jordan; and many relatives and friends. She was preceded in death by her parents and her sister, Jane Mayo.

A celebration of life will be announced at a later date, with arrangements through Washburn McReavy. In lieu of flowers, memorials are preferred to Save the Boundary Waters.
