Minnetonka Beach, MN - Carol Jean Moleski, age 90, of Minnetonka Beach, MN, passed away peacefully on November 20, 2025.
Born in Menomonie, WI, she was a devoted wife, mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother. Carol graduated from the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater and began her career as a teacher before moving to San Francisco, where she met her husband, Craig. They married in 1960 and lived in Japan during Craig's Navy service before settling in Minnesota.
Carol enjoyed a successful career in real estate and cherished life on Lake Minnetonka. She was known for her vibrant personality, strong faith, and love of family. Carol is survived by her husband, Craig; children, Julie (Brad) Greiner, Eric (Hilary), Kirk (Paula), and Michael (Mindy); 10 grandchildren; 8 great-grandchildren; sisters, Joyce Chaffee and Shirley (Dick) Rassbach; and many dear friends. She was preceded in death by her parents and brothers-in-law.
Celebration of Life: January 24, 2026, Trinity Lutheran Church, Long Lake. Visitation 10 a.m., service 11 a.m., followed by lunch. Please wear blue in her honor.www.davidleefuneralhome.com
