Carol Linden Obituary

Anoka - Carol Ann Gunderson-Linden, AKA "Thunder Gunder" or "The One Armed Bandit" died as she lived, with her brilliant mind intact and surrounded by her family in her reading chair. She was in full control until the end, and if you knew and loved Carol like so many did, you know this is how she wanted it.

Many times, during her final journey she said, "I am ready, I am happy, I am at peace." Carol always spoke her truth.

She was a hotline for her family and friends providing financial, relationship and any advice needed. Her wit, humor and spunky personality will be remembered by all who knew her. She was a great friend and confidante and her web of influence was vast.

Born in Green Bay, Wisconsin, she was a die-hard Packer Backer and made sure people knew that she was part owner of the team.

Carol lives on in her younger brother, Darrel Gunderson, her husband, Richard Linden, her daughter, Gwen Linden-Bruzek, her son, Eric Linden and her only granddaughter, Cyan Bruzek. Cyan carries her strong spirit and light with her.

A Celebration of Life will be held sometime, this coming Spring, when the snow melts and the flowers bloom.

I must confess, in honor of Carol's love for AI, the author of this obituary may have used a little editing help from her friend ChatGPT.
