Scottsdale, AZ - Barry Grant Reed, beloved husband, father, grandfather, brother, uncle, great uncle and esteemed attorney, passed away peacefully on May 17, 2025, in Scottsdale, Arizona.

Born on October 24, 1949, in London, England, Barry immigrated to the United States, where he built an extraordinary life and career. He graduated from UCLA School of Law in 1977 and, in 1983, co-founded the law firm Zimmerman Reed in Minnesota.

Above all, Barry's greatest pride was his family. He cherished his daughters, Melissa and Jenna, and delighted in his four grandchildren, Grant, Eleanor, Avery, and Eilah. Barry is survived by his wife of 28 years, Jane; his daughters, Melissa Reed (Jeff Smith) and Jenna Barb (Patrick); his sister, Phillippa Saunders (Ken), their daughter Emma Warner (Adam) and her children Oliver and Charlotte, and their son Ryan Saunders (Jacque) and his children Louis and Bale; his brother Greg Reed (Nancy), and their son Jamie (Emerson Beck); and his former wife, Marna Reed, as well as several cousins and extended family in the Los Angeles area. He was preceded in death by his parents, Leonard and Katherine Reed. Instead of flowers, the family requests donations to Alzheimer's Research.
