Minnetonka - It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Annmarie Hernandez, lovingly known as "Annie" and "Grandma Rock N' Roll," on November 20, 2024. Born on February 11, 1947, Annmarie lived a life filled with love, laughter, and immense heart. Annmarie is survived by her devoted husband of 39 years, Victor; her sons and daughters-in-law Christopher (Terri) and Andy (Basia Minta) Parker; her step-son Sean (Jill) Hernandez; siblings, Maribeth (Darryl) Parker and Mark (Rosanna) Svobodny. Annmarie's legacy also lives on through her grandchildren Adam, Nicholas, Alexander, Teagan, Isaiah, Jessica, Jacob, Rosie Parker, Payton, Gatlin, Ramsy, Kennedy, Sierra, Cameron, and Olivia Hernandez. Annmarie is remembered by her nephew, Phillip Parker; niece, Sarah Parker; brothers-in-law, Marcial Hernandez, John Olivas, and Joe Bunce (Sharon), and sister-in-law Valerie Lubitz. She was predeceased by her parents, Gary and Helen Svobodny; step-daughter, Vicki Hernandez; and grandson, Noah Parker. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held on December 3, 2024, at St. Hubert Catholic Church; 8201 Main Street, Chanhassen, MN 55317. The visitation will start at 9:30 AM, with the funeral service following at 11:00 AM. Burial at St. Hubert's Cemetery with reception back at St. Hubert's Church. Instead of flowers or gifts, she wishes support for her favorite charity St. Jude.
