New Hope, MN - Andrew Ole Hoffe

Age 89, died May 30, 2025.

He was preceded in death by Juanita, his wife of 62 years. He is survived by his sons, Daniel and Jason, and his granddaughter Natalie. Andy, an avid Vikings fan, lived in New Hope for 56 years. He was a high school social studies teacher for 42 years and served on New Hope City Council for 20 years. He loved his community and always wanted to do what he could to make it better. His celebration of life is scheduled for 4pm on Sunday, June 22nd at Mount Olivet Lutheran Church located at 12235 Old Rockford Road in Plymouth, MN. We would love to hear how Andy touched your life, so we will set up a private room at the church to record your stories. Refreshments will be served after the funeral in the fireside room.
