Lino Lakes - Passed away peacefully on January 20, 2026 at the age of 84 years.

Preceded in death by infant son Jonathan; parents Russell & Eleanor; brother-in-law Jim Mathieson; sister-in-law Joyce Nelson; & brother-in-law Jim Snustad. Survived by wife of 57 years, Elaine (nee Snustad); daughters Jennifer Buchholz (Kurt) & Renee Nelson; granddaughters Linnea Hopper (Nathan) & Rebekah Black (Micah) and great-grandson Callen Hopper; siblings Cherrie Mathieson & Daryl Nelson; extended family and friends. Andre graduated from the University of Minnesota Medical School and worked as a neonatologist with Minneapolis Children's Hospital for 24 years. Memorial Service Saturday, February 21st at 11:00 am at WOODBURY LUTHERAN CHUCH, 7380 Afton Road, Woodbury with visitation starting at 10:00 am. Livestream at funeral.wlc.church. In lieu of flowers, memorials preferred to Global Health Ministries, Lutheran Hour Ministries or Salvation Army.
