Formo Winifred Formo, Child of God, 5/13/1916 - 4/9/2003. Preceded in death by son, David. Survived by husband, Jerome; children, Rev. Philip (Jean) Formo and Katherine Whitaker; grandchildren, Chris (Cammie) Formo, Dawn Formo, Carrie (Bret) Peterson, Krista Formo, Orion Whitaker IV and Christopher Whitaker. Also survived by daughter-in-law, Ann (Rick) Hein. Funeral service 11 AM Monday, April 14 at ROSEVILLE LUTHERAN CHURCH, 1215 W. Roselawn Ave., Roseville. Interment Hillside Memorium Cemetery. Visitation 4-7 PM Sunday at MUELLER-BIES FUNERAL HOME-ROSEVILLE, 2130 N. Dale at County Rd. B and also at the church from 10 AM Monday until time of service. In lieu of flowers, memorials preferred to either the David Formo Scholarship Fund (Augsburg College) or Roseville Lutheran Church. MUELLER-BIES 651-487-2550
