Westman, William E. Age 86 of Columbia Heights passed away June 24, 2017. He was a wonderful husband, father, grandfather and humble friend of those in recovery. His spirit lives on in the hearts of those who knew and were helped by him. Preceded in death by his parents and wife. Survived by daughters Kathy Waller, Karen Semmler and Shelley (Cliff) Johnson; 6 grandchildren; 12 great grandchildren.
