Burleson William ''Bill'', 80, of Park Rapids, MN, formerly of Mpls, died 10/5 in Park Rapids. In 1950 he took a job as stationary steam engineer at the Mpls Inst. of Art and later at Shalom Nurs. Home. Bill retired in 1985 and moved to Park Rapids. Survived by his wife, Esther M. Burleson of Park Rapids, MN; 2 sons, Harry (Doris) Burleson of Shorewood, MN, Bill Burleson of Mpls, MN; 1 daughter, Diane (Dave) Berrien of Bloomington, MN; step-daughters, Joanne (Stephen) Wilmes of Richfield, MN, Mary (Fred) Jarl of Brainerd, MN; many grandchildren; sisters, Bertha Bradbury of Spanaway, WA, Shirley Noakes of Seattle, WA, Harriet Lamb of Seattle, WA; half-sister, Patty Sampson of Spanaway, WA. Memorial services will be held Wed., 10/9 at Good Shep. Luth. Brethren Church in Park Rapids, MN at 2:00 pm.
