Ruud Vivian, 87, died March 25, 2002 at Oakland Park Nursing Home, Thief River Falls, MN. On Oct. 17, 1934, Vivian was united in marriage to Johnnie Ruud at Grygla, MN. The couple moved to Mpls in 1950 and Vivian began employment in the laundry dept. of Fairview Hospital, from which she retired in 1973. Survivors include daughters, Jean (Walter) Roppe Patterson, Newfolden, MN and Darlene (fiance LeRoy Lian) Swagger, Gatzke, MN; son, Russell (fiancee Jennifer Brynman), Fort Collins, CO.
