Mahoney Violet ''Vi'', age 80, of Sun City, AZ, passed away on Feb. 5, 2002. She was born March 11, 1921 in Minot, ND. Formerly of Minnesota, she has resided in Sun City since 1986. Survivors include her husband, Gerald ''Jerry'' of Sun City; daughters, Judith (David) Sala of Milwaukee, WI, DeAnn (Robert) Hubert of Willmar, MN and Mary (Richie) Schultz of Minneapolis, MN; sons, Tod (Mary) of Dallas, TX and Steven (Kimberly) of Maui, HI; sister, Delores Bedgood of Portland, OR; 13 grandchildren and 2 great-grandchildren. A private inurnment will be held at a later date. Contributions are suggested to the American Cancer Society.
