Nelson Verna M., age 86, of Buffalo. She was born on January 5, 1916 in Maple Plain, the daughter of Emil & Lydia Zahrandt Litfin. Survived by children, Karmen (Mel) Droneck of Fountain Valley, CA and Lyle (Jenny) Nelson of Crosslake; 8 grandchildren, Steve Engstrom, Mike Engstrom, Bruce (Olivia) Engstrom, Stacy (Chad) Stutelberg, Chris (Ami) Nelson, Tristin (Dale) Host, Mark Nelson and Mandy (Scott) Sanchez; 8 great-grandchildren, Tarissa, Brandon, Jordan and Justin Host, Morgan and Nolan Stutelberg, Savannah and Alexis Sanchez; a brother, Glen (Arlene) Litfin; and a sister, Florence Dunn, all of Delano; pets, Brandy and Tikus; many other relatives and friends. Verna was preceded in death by her husband, Harry W. Nelson; parents; a brother, Maynard Litfin; a sister, Gert Litfin; a grandson, Duncan Allen Droneck; and by a granddaughter, Debbie Pauna.
