Tyesha Lynn Edwards was born March 19, 1991 in Minneapolis, Minnesota. She was an eleven-year-old student of Benjamin Bannerker School. On Friday, November 22, 2002 she was called to heaven to be with our Lord. Survived by Tyesha's loving mother, Linda Longino; along with her step-father, Leonard Winborn; father, Jimmie D. Edwards Jr.; brother, Jimmie D. Edwards III; sister, Lakia Winborn; grandmother, Cora Campbell; Kenny White and Uncle James E. Longino Jr., all of Minneapolis. Her sisters, Mrs. Lashondra Edwards (Asumang), Mrs. Carletta Edwards (Fort) and Tameka Edwards, all of Indianapolis, Indiana; James E. Longino Sr. of Memphis, Tennessee; and the rest of her many family members will also miss Tyesha. Our whole family will miss Tyesha very much. She was a wonderful daughter and loving child. Her warm and loving smile and helpful hands touched each of us in a very special way. She will be very much missed by her parents, family, friends, and the community in which she lived. She will continue to be an inspiration to our family, and we will never forget her. Funeral service Saturday, November 30, 2002, at 10 AM at Park Ave United Methodist Church, 3400 Park Ave S, Mpls. Visitation Friday, 4-7 PM at Werness Brothers Funeral Chapel, 3700 Nicollet Ave S, Mpls and also 1 hour prior to service at church. Interment at Crystal Lake Cemetery. WERNESS BROTHERS 612-824-2624
