Irvine Todd A., age 41, of Mpls, passed away March 4, 2002. Memorial service Saturday, March 16, 3 pm at Mpls Friends Meeting, 4401 York Ave S., with Patricia Jones and Rev. Robert Griggs officiating. Reception to follow at 5:30 pm at the Playwrights' Center, 2301 Franklin Ave E., to include short readings from his plays, ''The Primative,'' ''Notes on the Uncertainty Principle,'' and his latest work, ''The Quartering Act.''
