Nelson Timothy E., 39, of Trego, WI, died Mon., Jan. 27 in Hayward, WI. Tim was born in Hayward and grew up in Spooner, WI, with his adopted parents, Clifford and Lillian Nelson. He attended college at UW-Eau Claire, during which time he worked with the children's mentoring program Upperbound, and worked in the Twin Cities with the homeless for alcoholic rehabilitation. He then attended UM-Duluth, where he was pursuing a medical degree. Tim moved back to Trego in 2000 and worked at the halfway house in Spooner. He was married to Encarna Naranjo in Jan., 2001. Funeral services were held Friday, January 31 at Pineview Funeral Service, Hayward, WI. (715-634-4010)
