Simmons Thomas Joseph, age 69, of Olivia, MN died unexpectedly April 10, 2002. Long-time Renville County Attorney. Minnesota State Representative, 1971-1973. Survived by children, Claire (Peter) Mitchell, Matthew (Lynn) Simmons, Warren (Paula) Simmons, Carl (Shawn) Simmons, Neil (Annette) Simmons, Dean Simmons; and 10 grandchildren. Preceded in death by his wife, Rita. According to his wishes, there will be no wake or funeral.
