Kemper (nee Schneier); dear father of Thomas J. Jr. and David J. Kemper; son of Catherine Kemper-Holthaus, and the late Wilbert Kemper; brother of Barbara (Doug) Keith, Daniel (Sharon) Kemper and Mary (Robert) Persley; favorite son-in-law of John & Virginia Schneier; brother-in-law of Michael (Angie), Donald (Katie) and Lawrence (Patty) Schneier; and best friend of Donald Blackburn; uncle, cousin, nephew, friend. Mr. Kemper was a 23 year employee of United States Smokeless Tobacco Company. Visitation at ST. AMBROSE OF WOODBURY CATHOLIC CHURCH, 4125 Woodbury Drive, Woodbury, MN on Tuesday, June 18, 4-8:00 PM. Memorial Mass at St. Ambrose of Woodbury on Wednesday, June 19 at 10:00 AM. Funeral in Florissant, Missouri from Hutchens Mortuary, 675 Graham Road on Friday, June 21, 2002, 9:15 AM to St. Norbert Catholic Church, 16455 New Halls Ferry Road, Florissant, MO 63031 for 10:00 AM Mass. Interment Sacred Heart Cemetery, Florissant, Missouri. Visitation at Hutchens Mortuary on Thursday, June 20, 2002 from 3-9:00 PM.
