Sparks Thomas C. Sparks, age 82, of Blaine. Born in St Joseph, MO on May 27, 1920 passed away on Feb 5, 2003. Served in the Army Air Corps in WWII. Stationed at Hickham Field on Dec 7, 1941. Retired from the CB & Q and Burlington Northern Railroads after 32 years. Member of the Pearl Harbor Survivors Assn, the 11th Bomb (H) Group Assn, Fridley VFW Post #363, Am Legion Post 383 - Spring Lake Park, NARVE and Fridley United Methodist Church in Fridley. He will be deeply missed by his loving wife of 57 years, Ellen; son-in-law, Dale Ritter; grandchildren, Thomas and Renee Ritter. He is preceded in death by his daughter, Debra Ritter and his parents. Private Graveside Service at Ft Snelling National Cemetery. Cremation Society of MN Brklyn Prk 763-560-3100
