Bloemers Steven Jay, age 51, of Hopkins, formerly of South St. Paul, died Jan. 9. Preceded in death by father Jay and brother John. Survived by mother Pat and stepfather Rudy Solomonson of Siren, WI; brother Mark (Karen) and sister Mary Olson, all of South St Paul, brother Scott (Nita) of Havelock, NC; also Ashley, Derk, Jonnie, and Jessica Bloemers, cherished nieces and nephew. Memorial service 2 p.m. Tues. Jan 14 at Washburn-McReavy Hopkins Chapel (1400 Main St) with visitation 1 hour before. Family prefers memorials to Vail Place, 15 9th Avenue S., Hopkins, MN 55343
