Flanders Shirley I., age 81, of Mtka., formerly of Mpls. Active with Our Lady of Peace Catholic Church. Life member of Everett McClay VFW Post #1296 Auxiliary, and active in National Association 6th Infantry Division. Preceded in death by husband of 60 years, Dick. Survived by daughter, Cheryl Bruins; son, James (Marci) Flanders; grandchildren, Robert (Maria) Bruins, Michelle Bruins, and Nicholas Flanders; 5 great-grandchildren. Service Monday, 1 PM at BRADSHAW (McDivitt-Hauge), 3131 Minnehaha Ave S. Interment Ft. Snelling National Cemetery. Visitation Sun. (TODAY) 5-8 pm with Vigil Service 5 pm.
