Savat Severin Joseph Savat, age 73, was born September 22, 1928, in Redwood County, Minnesota and lived in Minnesota most of his life. He was preceded in death by his parents, father-in-law and 2 brothers. He is survived by his wife, Georgina; children, Jan & Thomas Lynch, Jon & Jean Savat and Joel & Dawn Savat; grandchildren, Aaron, Tyler, Austin, Evan, Laura, Hannah and Madison. Also survived by two sisters, one brother, mother-in-law, friends, relatives and neighbors. He was employed by the Skelgas division of Skelly Oil. Memorial services at Nativity Lutheran Church, 3312 Silver Lake Road, St. Anthony, MN 11:00 am Thursday, May 2, 2002. In lieu of flowers, memorials preferred to American Diabetes Assoc., American Heart Assoc., American Cancer Society or Nativity Lutheran Church.
