Polski Sam, 87, born 9-8-15 in St. Paul. Preceded in death by Tillie Polski, Oscar Molomot, and Willard Polski. Survived by devoted wife Rose; loving children, Sheryl and Howard. Also survived by brother, Perry of Van Nuys, CA. Sam served as an officer in the Pacific during World War II. Following the war he moved to Minneapolis. In 1946 Sam founded The Market Bar-B-Que, bringing his brother in several years later as a partner. The family wishes to thank the wonderful staff of Jones Harrison Residence for their incredible care and concern.
