Russell L. Greer Obituary
Russell L. Greer, age 68, of Minnetonka, passed away peacefully Jan. 6, 2002 surrounded by his family after a courageous battle with cancer. Russ was born in Bardstown, KY in 1933 and came to MN in 1957. Longtime car salesman and retired employee of Surbuban Chevrolet. Preceded in death by parents, Louis & Kate Greer; brother, Thomas; and infant sister, Wanda. Russ will be deeply missed by his loving wife of 41 years, Annette; son, David (Suzanne); godson, Allan Dahlmeir; brothers, Raymond (Cleo), Carl ''Buddy'', Richard Eugene ''Gene'' (Betty) and Randal, all of Bardstown, KY, and Jim (Pat) of Margate, FL; many nieces, nephews, family and friends. Funeral service TODAY 11 AM at Faith Presbyterian Church, 12007 Excelsior Blvd., Minnetonka. Visitation one hour prior at church. Interment Faith Presbyterian Church Cemetery.
